The first INFRA-CARE Biennale, hosted in Ilion (Athens), marks the transition from the descriptive to the experimental phase. Project partners and neighbourhood actors convene to exhibit and interpret the CARING NEIGHBORHOOD INDEX findings. Using participatory art and design-thinking methods (e.g. collages and the Six Thinking Hats technique), participants identify each neighbourhood’s care priorities, laying the groundwork.
